ABCAP Home Care

ABCAP Home Care is a non-profit organization providing services to seniors by helping them to remain independent and  comfortable in their homes. We are a PASSPORT provider with over 15 years' experience.  We provide transportation for medical appointments no matter the distance.  We allow family members or friends to travel with you at your request. We are available to assist you when applying for other services offered.  We will come to your home to help with your assessment by a case manager.  All of our employees have been fully screened, with complete background checks. All employees are fully insured for your protection.  We serve Adams, Brown and Highland Counties in Ohio.

Qualifications for the program:

•  60 years of age or older
