Heartland Homes of Adams County

 

Adams Brown Counties Economic Opportunities, Inc. has been awarded funding to build nine homes within Adams County for first-time homebuyers.  These homes consist of over 1200 square foot of living space with three bedrooms, two baths, 14 x 22 ft. garage, and an 8 x 10 ft. deck. 

There is also an appliance package that consist of washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator per unit.

These homes will have a fixed rate of 4% for a 30 year term.

Down payment is only $550.00.

Qualifications:

l      Must meet income guidelines. (Min. 50%; max. 80%)

l      Income and debt ratio must be sufficient to handle the first mortgage.

l      Must have good credit history.
