HOUSING PROGRAM INFORMATION

VOUCHER PROGRAM

The Voucher Program is based on 30% of family income. Subsidy is attached to the tenant allowing them to choose a home in the Brown County Area, or transfer to other counties. Applications for this program are not being taken at this time.

RIPLEY HOUSING

Three  bedroom homes owned and operated by the Brown Metropolitan Housing Authority. Rent is based on 30% of family income. A family must have 4-6 household members, or one adult and two children under the age of 18. Applications for this program are taken on Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

ERIN HOUSE APARTMENTS
