HOUSING PROGRAM INFORMATION

VOUCHER PROGRAM

The Voucher Program is based on 30% of family income. Subsidy is attached to the tenant allowing them to choose a home in the Brown County Area, or transfer to other counties. Applications for this program are taken on Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

RIPLEY HOUSING

Twenty - three  bedroom homes owned and operated by the Brown Metropolitan Housing Authority. Rent is based on 30% of family income. A family must have 4-6 household members, or one adult and two children under the age of 18. Applications for this program are taken on Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

ERIN HOUSE APARTMENTS

Five - one bedroom apartments in Winchester, Ohio. To be eligible, you must be 62 and older and within income limits. Rent is based on 30% of family income.

LAFAYETTE PLACE APARTMENTS

Thirty - one bedroom apartments in Fayetteville, Ohio. To be eligible, you must be 62 and older and within income limits. Rent is based on 30% of family income.

VILLAGE GARDEN APARTMENTS

Thirty - one bedroom apartments in Winchester, Ohio. To be eligible, you must be 62 and older and within income limits. Rent is based on 30% of family income.

ADAMS COUNTY APARTMENTS

Thirteen - one bedroom apartments in West Union, Ohio targeted to special needs.

VINTAGE SQUARE APARTMENTS

Five - one bedroom apartments in West Union, Ohio. To be eligible, you must be 62 and older and within income limits. Rent is based on 30% of family income.

MARIE VIEW APARTMENTS

Fifteen - one bedroom apartments in West Union, Ohio. To be eligible, you must be 62 and older and within income limits. Rent is based on 30% of family income.

JOSHUA MANOR APARTMENTS

Thirteen - one bedroom apartments in Peebles, Ohio. To be eligible, you must be 62 and older and within income limits. Rent is based on 30% of family income.

BROWN COUNTY APARTMENTS

Thirteen - one bedroom apartments in Georgetown Ohio targeted to special needs.

VICTORIA MANOR

Fifteen - one bedroom apartments in Georgetown, Ohio targeted to special needs.

MONTGOMERY MANOR

Fourteen - one bedroom apartments in Sardinia, Ohio. To be eligible, you must be 62 and older and within income limits. Rent is based on 30% of family income.

 

WP HOMES

Three  bedroom single family homes in Winchester and Peebles,  Ohio.  Rent is not income based.
