What's New? 

 

HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM

Adams Brown Counties Economic Opportunities, Inc. has been awarded funds to build nine homes in Adams County.  There are only four homes remaining located in West Union.  These homes are all three bedroom, two baths, one car garage, and deck .  Each home has an appliance package that consists of a washer/dryer, refrigerator and stove.  For information on how you can qualify for one of these homes, contact the Winchester ABCAP office at 937-695-0316 extension 237.

 

MICROENTERPRISE/IDA PROGRAMS

Microenterprise Information:

The Microenterprise Development Program will be offering a Business Education Class for individuals wishing to start or expand their own small business.  For more information contact Lisa at 1-800-553-7393 ext. 238  (for dates and times).

IDA Information:

 The IDA Program is currently offering a special 4 to 1 IDA match for Homeownership.  Anyone that qualifies for the IDA Program and is interested in purchasing a home can save a $1,000.00 of their own money and receive a match of $4,000.00 for closing costs and down payment assistance.  For more information contact Lisa at 1-800-553-7393 ext. 238
